How to set dual purpose pins if want to Config EP3C25 using EPCS128

Dear all,

I want to config my EP3C25 using EPCS128, the download is ok but the boot is not configured. I don't know the reasons. The circuit is checked ok.

Could anyone tell me how to setup dual-purpose pins in Assignments->settings->Device -> Device and pin options ->dual purpose pins?

Must I use the EPCS controller? In my pin planner, the configuration pins like DCLK, nSTATUS, nCONFIG is not assigned, is that a problem?
