How to program 5C090 and 5C060 legacy products?

I'm trying to support a ancient CNC machine that uses these devices, and I'm fairly sure that some of the PALs have lost their program information. They are perhaps 30 years old or more.

Are there any tools and hardware for programming and verifying these to the original JEDEC files that I still have?

If so, what are those tools and where can I find them?
