How to pin list..?

Hi I am beginner in VHDL.

I made a code and it's working very well.

when I entered the 'Pin planner', there is no pin list.

How can I see pin list? I have to assign the pin!!

    Synthesize the design for first time so Quartus can show you the I/O signals in the Pin Planner.

    Hi. I already compile the code.

    yesterday I mistakely closeed the pin list in pin planner. now, When i open the pin planner, there is no pin list.

    Do you know how to see pin list?

    I have to assgin the pin!
