how to monitor an output signal on CRO

Hi all,

am using nios ii embedded evaluation kit (cyclone iii ep3c25). i have built a system using nios ii cpu, ddr sdram, jtag_uart, onchip_memory, triple speed ethernet, scatter-gather tx-rx, and a custom component.

i want to tap an output signal from FPGA and observe it on CRO. i dont have idea to which pin i should assign in order to take it out and observe.

can anyone tell me how i can accomplish this. . .??
