how to measure timing in QII?

Hi ,

What do you mean by timings of a project ? compile time ? or timing in simulation ?

Yes Quartus has Timing constraint file where you define the timing constraint of specific signals or signals of interset.

This file is used by the compiler and then by fitter to monitor which signals are failing set-up time or hold time .
