How to import from NIOSII

How can we import a "software program" in eclipse software, this software is created by altera and it is inside the CD that comes with DE2-70.

I used the traditional way is : "File-----Import----General----File system then Next to the last window, but by this way i couldn't Excute library Files and principal files program for this Altera Program.

Please, can any one help me to avoid this problem.
