How to connect PLLx_CLKOUTx pins

I'm a little lost on how to connect these PLL_CLKOUT pins. The doc says "When not using these pins, connect them as defined in Quartus software." I was going to ground them and leave the default setting as Input Tri-Stated with Weak Pull-Up. Will that work?
