How can I config cyclone II with JTAG by MCU lpc2148?

Should I port JRunner into my MCU and create and read .rbf and .cdf file ,or port Jam STAPL Byte-Code Player and create .jbc file ,or take other method? Thank a lot!

I assume, that JRunner has a smaller footprint, because it doesn't involve interpreter code. But I didn't use it yet.

By the way, crosspostings are unwanted at alteraforum as with any other board.
