how can i check the chip i bought is fake or not

hi all: I bought some fpga chips (ep3c16) on the web. but they are different with chips that i used.so i want to check the chips is fake or not.https://www.alteraforum.com/forum/attachment.php...

this is not the first time i bought chips on this seller. orther chips are ok. only this ep3c16 have different marking form used. so a ...... i want to ask wether someone meet the marking like the picture i upload. if i am the only person meet this marking. it is really suspicious.
