Honored ContributorYou should check the suggested trivial open drain method. We can continue the discussion if it doesn't work.
The Remote Update IP comes into play if alternative configurations (e. g. a factory or fall-back and a user configuration) are needed. Cause Cyclone 1 doesn't support a selection of multiple configurations from a configuration image (it misses the selection inputs), the MegaFunction is useless here.
