help: the type of file in epcs using as model

hello, i am sorry,my english is poor. my system includes ep1c12 and epcs,and also ext_flash. now i want to receive the data by nios program, and then store the data in epcs,and re_POR ...

I guess you need to create a flash file from sof file using sof2flash utility and then it needs to be stored in to the epcs.
