Help, search footprint for PLD ACEX EP1K100FC484-1

Hi,

On a PCBA we have a PLD ACEX EP1K100FC484-1 .

The footprint on the gerber file of the board show a depopulated "cross area ball" see attached file "PCBA footprint.jpg".

But on the datasheet the reference to the fooprint is "484-Pin FineLine Ball Array", the file "Package Information Datasheet for Mature Altera Device" shows a different footprint compared to the PCBA see attached file "ACEX footprint.JPG".

The footprint on the datasheet show a ball array regular without "cross configuration".

Please do know where I can find the original datasheet with the detailled footprint and pin sequence for EP1K100FC484-1?

    The footprint could be the same than the one on the datasheet. From your Gerber viewer, measure the distance between two pads and compare with the value from the datasheet. It only looks like you have an unpopulated cross in the middle of your footprint because all the tracks that go from the BGA pads to the vias go away from the centre. If you pay attention you will see that the FPGA pads are regularly spaced and there is no missing row or column in the middle.
