Help me with byteblaster II

Dear all,

I am using Altera Max EPM7128SLC84-15. I am doing with Max-plus II version 10.2. When I use Byte-blaster II to download, I received the message "The Byblaster is not present -- check the power and cables".

Please give me some advice to solve this error. Thank you so much.
