Has anyone used a Stratix4GX as a PCIE switch?

Has anyone used a Stratix4GX as a PCIE switch?

i.e. using the two internal hard IP blocks, one as upstream endpoint and one as downstream root complex ?

For the simplest case, 1 upstream port, 1 downstream port, simply connecting the avalon busses back to back would appear relatively straightforward

Can the EP be confirgured to take type 1 config cycles etc ?
