Frequency of StratixIV

Hi, I'am so sorry if there are some mistakes in english. I try to modify the frequency of StratixIV (used the PLL in SOPC builder), always, i obtained with the clock tools the same frequency ...

The timing filing is the *.sdc file. A better name for it is the timing constraints file, that tells Quartus what frequencies the clocks are, false timing paths and more. Please let me know if that works for you.
