FPGA support MIPI interfaces today

Hi,

What solution does Intel suggest customers looking to implement MIPI interfaces (in particular CSI-2)? More specifically I'm looking for information for Cyclone10GX/Arria10 to interconnect with cameras for further image signal processing.

AN754 suggests a somewhat bulky solution based on an external resistor network with still limited data throughput possibilities. I'm looking for higher MIPI speeds or/and wider MIPI buses.
