Fpga Image Display

Hi I wanna know if it possible to store an image file in FPGA - Spartan3 and then load it to the monitor screen as display? If yes, how do I do that? Thank u

Spartan 3 is a Xilinx device, you need a suitable Altera FPGA.

It depends on the size of the image, you might need external memory.
