Hi guys, I was trying to use FPGA to build a coincidence counting unit (CCU), however it seems like my program file was successfully burn but the leds of the switches didn’t turn on in the end

    Could you please describe how do you configure the Cyclone IV device and what configuration signal you observed that is not working?
