Honored ContributorI think, the pin arrangement in the schematic symbol is well considered, as far as possible in a single symbol.
I don't understand what's your actual problem with the pin assignment. I guess you already noticed that schematic symbol pins are ussually placed according to their function rather than to the package pin position?
