What configuration scheme do you use?

Did you read https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/hb/max-10/ug_m10_config.pdf (https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/hb/max-10/ug_m10_config.pdf) chapter "Configuring MAX 10 Devices using Internal Configuration" and followed exact steps described in this chapter?

Could you describe what problem do you have? Device does not boot after .pof programming and repowering board or what?
