Flash M29EW problem in NIOS II

Hello, people, I've got one problem, I build a project in sopc builder with CFI, I've got a flash numonyx m29ew, I programed PLIS, I can programm flash withe flash programmer without problems and mistakes, but when I use example test memory in NIOS, I've got a problem. Console doesn't output a mistake, all right, but when I write or erase, memory doesn't change. Where is a problem??in drivers??may be HAL???
