Honored Contributor --- Quote Start --- "Flash loader IP not loaded on device 1" --- Quote End --- Refers to the fact, that no configuration containing the flash loader has been loaded to the FPGA, or that a reconfiguration has been triggered somehow after loading it. The problem may be related to failing AS configuration, but not necessarily. I would check power supplies and circuitry connected to configuration pins in the first place.
