Fitter I/O Rule Results in all pin

I create another project and i can’t find fitter i/o rules results from customize columns for to add in all pin list.

In my pervious project it exists. See the attached file

I found.

When i select show fitter placement from Toolbar and after I do a mouse right click into columns of all pins list, we can see the column
