Error: Error code: 8 for command: nios2-flash-programmer in DE2-115 boarde

Question

Dear All,

Board : DE2-115

Device : EP4CE115F29C7N

Flash : S29GL064N90TF104

I have tried to configure flash using Flash Programmer Tool in SBT. But I got error; Error code: 8 for command: nios2-flash-programmer. What might be the reason ?
