Error: CONF_DONE failed to go high in device 1.

Before anyone comments on this, I have searched the forum and read everything I have found on the internet with people getting this error message. :) I'll try to post as much relevant information ...

I did actually file a service request. The suggestion I got was to set the MSEL pins to a correct combination. Damn it!
