EPM3256ATC144-10N

I have want to confirm the parts (bottom side) have the pin hole and the X-ray leads frame is it possible different by different origin? P.S. attach file Xray coo:PH , another pic coo:MY

1.Please clarify which part of pin hole did you mean at the bottom side?

2.If it is the same device, everything should be the same including the function of the device even though they were from different COO.

Kindly elaborate more for us to assist you with this.

    Because my customer take the X-ray to compare , than find out they are not same Lead frame .

    So is it same functional of these parts? or is not normal?
