EPCS4 markings

I need to distinguish between EPCS4 parts made with 0.18 um process and parts made with 0.15 um process. The explanation within PCN0514 does not include the markings I am finding on the parts I have.

Are the parts with the markings:

0.15 or 0.18 um?
