Epcs1s18n

Hello! I'm not an engineer and I need your help.

Could somebody please explain to me what the last digit means on this part number. Like MI1 1B.

I try to look at the data sheet and I did not find any explanation or may be I just don't know how to find it.

EPCS1S18N (MI1 1B)

EPCS1S18N (MI2 1A)

EPCS1S18N (MI3 1A)

EPCS1S18N (MI1 1D)

EPCS1S18N (MI5 1A)

EPCS1S18N (MI6 1A)

Any help will be much appreciated.

    Well,

    first the device is the EPCS1Si8N...

    While I'm not really aware of the meaning of this markin in detail it codes (normally) the assembly site and the production date, often in manufacturer codes rather being directly readable...

    Electrically and by function&performance all of these devices are identical.
