EPCS16SI8N Lead Frame difference

Hi,

Would anyone able to help on this case?

Recently we received this part which the COO is China when all the while we received this part with COO Malaysia, when we did an x-ray to see the internal structure on the parts, we found some differences on the lead frames as the the attachment in this discussion.

Can anyone advise if this is normal due to difference of COO?

Appreciate if there is some documents to be shared to confirm.

    I'm sorry, unfortunately we do not have FAE within our company.

    I tried many ways to check but failed to get the answer that is needed.

    The FAE isn't usually with your company, but with the distributor that sells you the parts, such as Arrow or EBV. I think too that they are the only ones that can give you reliable information on the subject.
