EPCS-16 / CYCLON-IVE flash problem @ DE0-Nano board

Hallo,

Sorry if I broach the subject EPCS-16 again, but I have a big

problem and can not find a solution so far.

I have 2 DE0-Nano boards. One is working fine, the the other

makes problems, only when I try to flash my sof+elf design to EPC.

Enclosed, please find my test design and the error message file

from the bad DE0-Nano board.

My design is based on SD-RAM but I have the same problem if

I use the FPGA onboard RAM.

Very funny is that I am able to flash the jic file via

Quartus programmer on both DE0-Nano board. So, I think the problem

is not related to a faulty DE0-Nano board.

I am using Quartus II 11.1 SP2 and NIOS II 11.1 SP2

Does anyone know if there is a hardware revision problem within

the DE0-Nano board ? Could it be raise conditions and a fix is

already available ? I will order an additional DE0-Nano board

but if someone ca try to run my test-design on your Nano board

would also be a great help.

Any other ideas , concern is welcome.
