EPCQL256F24IN power dessipation

Hi, How to calculate power dessipation for EPCQL256F24IN? I need this value for thermal calculation. Regards, Bhavishya AJ

Hi,

EPCQ-L devices can be paired with industrial-grade FPGAs operating at junction temperatures up to 100°C as long as the ambient temperature for the EPCQ-L device does not exceed 85°C.

Check the data sheet for more information.
