EP4CE22F17C8 CAD Library for Eagle

Hallo

Does any one have a CAD library for EP4CE22F17C8 (Cyclone IV E, 144 pins) in the Eagle platform. Or any one can provide me a link where to find it. I looked in the Eagle software and they have only up to Cyclone III.
