EP3SE260 Configuration problem!!

hi all:

I have a circuit board which is designed by refence dk-dev-3sl150n !!

it works when i use 3sl150n !!!

when i change device to 3se260, it failed to load from flash(max ii pfl)??

if the design of dk-dev-3sl150n suit for 3se260??

or i need to change something for change device??

    The bitstream is not compatible between devices! You must regenerate the design with according pins and constrains to Your different FPGA.

    I have changed the device of my vhdl design!!

    The problem is about hardware ??
