EP3CLS200 cann't load program automatic?

I use EP3CLS200, I programed the EPCS64 by AS mode, At first the program can be running normally, but yestoday I find the program can't run,

when I test the DCLK pin of EPCS64, there is no clock when I power up, but I also can programm the EPCS64 in AS mode. the 3.3v and 1.2V all ok,

but I don't konw where is problem ?

    The fpga is broken?? How can I find the problem?

    I change the EPCS64, BUT the problem is also there.

    How to test EP3CLS200 is ok?

    EP3CLS200 can't access JTAG chain?

    message: can't configure device, expected JTAG ID 0x2077 ,but JTAG ID code 0x0000000;

    check the jtag signals with a scope. Is the FPGA getting his 1.2 and 2.5V supplies?
