Preferably, you would have stocked sufficient number of devices for the remaining lifetime of your product.

If you missed it and don't get it from an antique IC dealer, a board redesign is most likely necessary. You'll face difficulties to find a suitable 5V supplied logic device, a 3.3V logic device with level translation may be necessary.
