Empty Tray

We would like to check if Intel has any empty tray for the MPN: 10M08SAU169I7G to support.

If I understand your request correctly, you would like us to send the empty tray to you. Unfortunately, we will only provide the technical support for the customer request but not able to send the empty tray. You can contact the vendor for the empty tray.

For MPN: 10M08SAU169I7G, it is Ultra FineLine BGA (U169) package, kindly refer to the AN071 document – Vendor and vendor part number.
