Hello,
I've just done my first SoPC, and try to program it. After clicking on the "Nios II Software build tools for eclipse", the eclipse is starting, but then I cannot choose a new project "Nios II C/C++ Application" - there's no such option. I've got Quartus 11, do you have any idea what is it about?

From here, you did not say you specify the path for workplace.
If you did specify, then the problem is something else, you should probably reinstall the whole thing.
If you did not specify the workplace, try it, it should be always the first step when writing a software, before you select a template.
