Does a real person exist at Altera?

Hello all, I am interested "or at least I thought I was" in purchasing about 20,000.00 dollars worh the Platform Items from Altera. I have been trying for two days to get a Real Person on the phone with no luck at all! Yes, I did leave messages ...

If I am having this much of a problem buying the equipmwnt I would hate to think what it must be like in trying to get any real hardware help!

This platform is way too expensive and complicated to put up with "Go to a Froum for your Tech. support type help".

Am I missing anything here ?

    Are you trying to directly contact Altera? You should go to a local distributor instead and you'll get good support.
