Thanks for the answers!!!!Another interesting approach that eliminates the fact that I and Q are similar in amplitude is this http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/ielx5/8452/26620/01186832.pdf?arnumber=1186832 witch gives in a more detailed representation the need and the implementation of scaling.
