Differential to Single Ended Signal Conversion

Is here a Quartus Megawizard function that converts from differential to single ended signaling?

The ALTIOBUF can be used to create differential from single ended (I'm using it in this design), but I need to change it back from differential to single ended. I've looked up different LTspice circuits for it, but they do not seem applicable in a Quartus environment.

**I actually just found ALT_IOBUF_DIF, and am going to try to work it into my design. we'll see if Stratix III supports this one...
