DFF miss source signal

hi:

There are some problems while learning a .bsf of the quartusII project.

The main problem is the errors generated when complied the project.

Error: Port "D" of type DFFE of instance "inst1" is missing source signal

Error: Port "IN1" of type AND2 of instance "inst5" is missing source signal

Error: Port "IN" of type NOT of instance "inst7" is missing source signal

so,I hope somebody can analyze the .bsf ,the file is as attachment.
