DE2 115 and SFB HSMC optical DAC

I need to do a project for my University in wich I need to convert an electrical analogic signal into an optic signal. To do this I need to know how to make the pin assignments for SFB HSMC Terasic optical DAC in Quartus II using the DE2 115. Can anyone help me?
