DDR3 memory chips for Arria V GX devices (5AGXMB1G6)

The DDR3 memory chips on the demo boards for Arria V are obsolete. Need to find one widely available for a new design with 5AGXMB1G6... supporting up to 533MHz DDR3. I thought DDR3 is backward compatible. Need confirmation and suggestions. Found one on digi-key below but not sure:
