cycloneIV and ddr2 megacore

I use megacore to creat a ddr2 ip (ddr2 sdram controller with altmemphy )

and i modify some parameters in the preset editor(i want ask do some timing parameter in preset editor have to notice )

and can i use the default parameters in the phy settingsand board settings page

after programing the fpga can work (the ddr pin have signal), the clk always have wave ,dqs only have correct signal when powerup ,and the test_complete is 0,it seem to the ddr2 does not work

can you give me some advise
