Hi dears: Could anyone have CII starter board's board design file? I need its BRD file for some reference. Thanks

AFAIK, nowhere. That's what I meant. There is no such file for this kit.

Neither Altera neither Terasic, the actual manufacturer of this board, never provided a Board Description file for this kit.
