Cyclone V SoC SPI Flash Support

I want to know if the Cyclone V SoC supports SPI Booting of the HPS side, or QSPI only.

I am seeing that in older documentation 0x6/0x7 for BSEL was 1.8V/3.3V SPI/QSPI support respectively.

I now see in the latest revision, only QSPI is written.

Can anyone state that SPI only will work with this device?
