Cyclone V GX dev kits can test using BTS?

Hi, now testing the board using the BTS. But there is error msg shown on the BTS display message box Message “ Connecting to the target Java.lang.exception: no usb blaster detected ...

you need the version of quartus, for which the bts was designed, in my case (Cyclone V E - Dev. Board) it was the 12.1.1 and it also didn't work with the 13.0, only with the 12.1.1!!!
