Cyclone, StratixII SIL calcullation

hi, i am in a academic research and i need to now if has been made any SIL calculation for the Cyclone or StratixII FPGA`s, if it is donne somewhere i apreciate any information.

that is whrigt, my bad, what i need to now is the were about to find the ratings of fault tolerance, rates of failure, and all the data related whit this subject.
