Cyclone, StratixII SIL calcullation

hi, i am in a academic research and i need to now if has been made any SIL calculation for the Cyclone or StratixII FPGA`s, if it is donne somewhere i apreciate any information.

I never heard of assigning SIL classifications to electronic devices. That's possible for instruments (or systems) only, as far as I know.
