Cyclone ivGX transceiver pin assignment

Hi,

When designing a four channel transceiver in a Cyclone iv gx do i need to assign transceiver pin standard?

if yes, how to define them because the transmitter side only gives out the defalt 2.5V not any LVDS of LVPECL etc.
